The Rimrock Resort Hotel is nestled in the mountains of Banff National Park, 750 feet above the town of Banff which is a 5 minute drive away. • Primrose - A casual yet elegant Italian Dining Room with magnificent Rocky Mountain views from every table. The Primrose offers a wide range of flavourful Italian dishes for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is served à la carte, with a buffet option offered on weekends. 

• Larkspur - Located in the main lobby next to the hotel’s roaring fireplace. Relax in the Larkspur either day or night and enjoy lunch or a light snack to compliment your favourite beverages. The lounge offers a wide selection of wines by the glass, rare whiskies, cognacs and other fine spirits plus a specialty martini and extensive cocktail list.

• Divas – The hotel’s glamorous Martini Lounge is unique in style with photos of famous female movie stars covering the walls. Big-screen plasma TVs are tuned to the latest sporting events and an occasional classic movie. Diva offers drinks and light fare and is open seasonally from early evening until late night. 

• Rimrock Cafe - Hot and cold beverages as well as pastries, gourmet sandwiches, and sundries are available from early morning until late at night at this lobby-level café. There is a large selection of magazines, snacks and wine available along with a small variety of toiletries.

The Rimrock Resort Hotel has four standard categories of rooms, differentiated by view and amenities.
 
All of the guest rooms feature cable television with in-room movies and video games, in-room temperature controls, two phones, designated workspace, Standard Wireless High Speed Internet access (fee may apply for premium service ), radio, in-room tea and coffee, hair dryer, and iron and ironing board.
 
The Rimrock Resort Hotel provides the natural bodycare line PHARMACOPIA® in guest rooms. The bathroom amenities are made with certified organic ingredients, with no synthetic fragrances, fillers or colours, and the packaging is designed to decompose in landfills to a non-toxic form in two to five years.

• Signature GrandView 700. "Classic" - With detailed limestone and marble mosaics; the bathroom boasts a large ultra-bath and a separate shower. • Signature Grandview 800. "Elegance" - With a hint of Art Deco styling, clean architectural lines and dark wood furnishings give the room a sense of sophistication. Relax and enjoy the warmth of a wood burning fireplace and endless views of Bow & Spray Valley. Rooms are approximately 600 sq. ft. and have One King Bed and the bathroom boasts a large ultra-bath.

• Signature GrandView 701 and 702. "Classic" - These rooms are elegantly appointed with a luxurious bathroom and the warmth of a gas fireplace. The expansive mountain views from your balcony will take your breath away. Rooms are approximately 500 sq. ft. and have One King Bed.

• Executive Grandview with a Balcony 903 - With elegant décor and breath taking views this room offers a truly luxurious experience. • Junior One Bedroom Suite - Suites consist of a bedroom with a king size bed and a separate living room with a queen size sofa-bed. The living room provides a comfortable seating area equipped with a 32-inch LCD television. There is one full size bathroom with a single person jetted tub, comes complete with luxurious bathrobes. Suites are approximately 450 sq. ft. with an obstructed view by trees or parts of the building.

• GrandView One-Bedroom Suite - The Bow or Spray Valley is on permanent display. These suites offer a bedroom with a luxurious bathroom and a connecting parlour room and a second full bathroom.  These Suites come equipped with two 32-inch widescreen LCD television; luxurious bathrobes; Simmons® Beautyrest® Majestic Pillow Top bed(s), with independent Pocketed Coil® springs; refreshing beauty products; and complimentary valet parking and 15% off food & beverage.  Balconies and gas fireplace available with some One Bedroom Suites.
