'Hi - we’ve just returned from our trip to Canada and wanted to say how amazing it was. We were really impressed with how well organised it was by you. Everything ran like clockwork right down to all the taxi vouchers - it was excellent. While we were out there we met other people who had booked a similar trip through other travel agencies and they were having all sorts of problems with their travel arrangements. We are really glad that we have booked our next holiday to Banff with you in January. Dr Sarah Hirst-Winthrop '
