Karen, was very reponsive to our questions and changes we wanted during the quoting process. It was extremely easy to book on the phone with Karen who went through our whole itinerary and gave us teh chance to ask questions before completing out booking. It was also good that she took our payment details, so she could process the holiday without needing us to stay on the phone. Confirmation of our trip arrived via email a couple of days later (Over the May Day Bank Holiday), this did have a minor error but Karen is addressing this for us. Finally it was good to get some personal recommendation from Karen relating to clothing requirement, restaurant suggestions and tips for getting around Banff. All in all a very pleasant booking experience, you were one of three companies that the approached as you all had similar holidays.

We have been searching for a trip to Canada in 2027, had a few must haves and a number of nice to haves on our list. We spoke to Gavin at My Canada Trips, discussed dates, budget and our wish list. Within a couple of hours we had the trip we wanted, with some additional extras, and well within the budget we set. As soon as we paid deposit we received booking confirmations for Cruise, Rocky Mountaineer and hotels. We will not travel until May 2027, so have to wait a while for flight details, but have a guarantee of one stopover flights from our local airport.
