Helpful Information with your Luxury Cruise

Now that you have booked your Regent, Seabourn or Cunard cruise, you may have a few questions before you go including check in and life on board. We have put together a helpful guide on frequently asked questions to make your cruise experience hassle free.

Once your booking has been confirmed, please register yourself with your cruise line. You will need your name, personal details, and cruise reference to set up an account.

Managing your booking is simple: log onto your cruise line's personaliser and explore the wide range of personalised options to enhance your cruising experience. Your cruise itinerary will be broken down very clearly and you will have access to shore excursion options, as well as various activities and services on board. It is highly recommended to book any tours directly through your cruise line, as this ensures that you aren't left behind. Checking your cruise personaliser regularly will allow you to take advantage of the discounts made available pre-departure to secure the best deals and allow you to familiarize yourself with the ship and its experiences.
