Cruise Personaliser

Once your booking has been confirmed, please register yourself with your Princess Cruises. You will need your name, personal details, and cruise reference to set up an account, you can find your cruise reference number on your booking confirmation.

Managing your booking is simple: log onto your cruise line's personaliser and explore the wide range of personalised options to enhance your cruising experience.

Your cruise itinerary will be broken down very clearly and you will have access to shore excursion options, as well as various activities and services on board. It is highly recommended to book any tours directly through your cruise line, as this ensures that you aren't left behind.

We highly recommend booking your shore excursions early to avoid disappointment as popular excursions typically including glaciers and wildlife book up in advance.

Before You Go Checklist

• Ensure your details are up to date by logging into your cruise personaliser.
• Complete your online check-in and make note of your allocated embarkation time.
• Print boarding passes and luggage tags, and download a copy of your boarding pass to your smartphone.
• Ensure you have comprehensive travel insurance in place with Cruise Cover, as well as proof of policy.
• Brush up on your destination requirements including ESTA (Visa waiver - required for entry to the USA), and ETA (Visa waiver - required for entry to Canada). ** Please see our dedicated Passports, Visa’s and FCO advice page for further detail**
• Pre-book your at-sea speciality dining, spa services, activities, and shore excursions.
• Make the note of the applicable 'Dress Code' and pack accordingly.

Princess Cruises Dress Code

Day Attire:
Men and women: Leisure wear such as shorts and t-shirts are acceptable on board. Sandals with rubber soles and trainers are ideal on deck. 

Evening Attire:
There are two recommendations for evenings and dinners. Shorts and swimwear are not allowed in the restaurant.
Smart casual: 
Men: Shirt or a polo short with trousers.
Women: A top or blouse with a skirt or trousers, or a dress.
Formal:
Men: Suit, combination or dinner jackets.
Women: Evening gown, cocktail dress or pantsuit.

Princess Cruises Address

As your cruise travels into USA waters on its journey to Alaska you do require a ESTA to board your cruise. 

When filling out your ESTA you will be asked ‘Is your travel to the US occurring in transit to another country?’ Select NO. You will then be asked for U.S. Point of Contact Information. For your cruise you should enter the cruise lines head office address and phone number.
