Sleeper Touring Class Vancouver to Toronto
Join fellow passengers in the lounge for a sip of sparkling wine and a
selection of hors d’oeuvres to toast a memorable journey as you depart
from Vancouver, Jasper & Toronto.
Guests enjoy exclusive use of the Dome car, its lounges and observation
area, where complimentary coffee,tea,newspapers and
magazines are always available. Here, you can relax, chat withfellow travellers,
take in the passing scenery as you enjoy a refreshment, or participate in fun
activities organized by the Activity Coordinator.
Dining Services
A superb menu awaits. All meals, prepared fresh each day by our chefs,
are served in your assigned dining car. Depending on the length of your
journey, breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in your fare. Vegetarian
selections and children’s menus are available. Check out our selection of
excellent Canadian wines, which may be purchased to complement your meals.
Guests may also purchase refreshments and snacks at our on-board take-out
facilities.
Overnight Accommodation
Sleeping cars offer a choice of comfortable private bedrooms or semiprivate
compartments supplied with thick towels, plump pillows, duvets
and a handy route guide. By day, relax in comfortable armchairs and
enjoy the view. At night, our staff will transform your personal area of the
train into cozy sleeping quarters.
Showers – Shower facilities are available in each sleeping car (except the
Park car). Attendants will provide a shower kit containing shampoo, soap
and towels to each Sleeper Touring class guest.
On-board power – 110V electric power outlets are available in enclosed
accommodations.
Upper & Lower Semi Private Berth
The dimensions of this sleeping unit are 5’ 10” (1.75m) in length and
3’ 7” (1.075m) in width. These Semi Private units have wide couch style
seats facing each other. At night, it converts to upper and lower beds
with reading lights. Heavy curtains drape your berth offering privacy and quiet.
The washrooms and shower are only a few steps away.

Private Double Bedroom
The dimensions of this unit are 7’ 2” (2.17m) in length and 7’ 2“ (2.17m)
in width. By day, a private room for two, with armchairs, a large
picture window, small closet, call button, hand basin, razor outlet and
private toilet. A vanity and foldout table is only a call button away. At
night this unit converts to upper and lower beds.

Single Private Bedroom
The dimensions of this unit are 6’ 5” (1.925m) in length and 3’ 7”
(1.075m) in width. This is a private one person room with a
comfortable seat, call button, own hand basin, razor outlet,
private toilet and vanity. At night this unit converts to a
snug sleeping area.

The Skeena - Jasper to Port George & Port Rupert
The Skeena departs three times weekly from the Rocky Mountain resort
town of Jasper, Alberta, heading for Prince George, where you stop for the
night, continuing the following day to Prince Rupert on the Pacific coast.
Meals:
Prince Rupert to Prince George (or reverse) – all three meals including
wine with dinner. Prince George to Jasper Eastbound; breakfast and lunch.
Jasper to Prince George Westbound; lunch and dinner with wine.
Baggage:
As luggage storage in the passenger car is limited, we recommend guests
take only two pieces of carry-on luggage. The larger bag must not exceed
61 cm X 41 cm X 25 cm to fit available storage areas. Passengers will not
have access to checked baggage during the trip.
Smoking:
Via offer a completely smoke free environment. This policy is effective
everywhere on our network since November 1, 2004
Check-in:
Required one hour prior to train departure. As all train schedules could
change or may be delayed, we ask that you reconfirm your train departure
with the train company.
Touring Class Seating
The Touring Class includes assigned seats in fully glass-enclosed
dome for 360-degree viewing and added comfort and style.
